A squeaky clean Villa located in walking distance to Lake Sumter Landing Square.  A beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, located in the Village of Caroline.  It is a short Walk to Canal Street Recreation Center which has a family pool, tennis, billiards, pickle ball, etc.  It is also in walking distance to Sweetbay, our local supermarket.  But don't forget your Village pool around the corner from the home.

This Villa has everything, a full kitchen with new dishes, glasses, pots & pans and utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and everything else you need to cook a homemade meal.  All linens provided include new sheets & other bedding, new bath & pool towels, iron & board, etc.  Included is a new 39" flat screen TV in Living Room and new 24" flat screen TV in Master Bedroom and a High Speed Internet (WiFi).  You will find the Master Bedroom has a New King size mattress, and all other Bedrooms have New Queen size mattresses. BBQ Grill. There is a lovely Lanai and a very private courtyard.

All you need are your clothes, toothbrush, & golf clubs and you're ready to enjoy "The Villages Lifestlye" and all it has to offer.

Whatever your interests, The Villages has something for you! There are card clubs, yoga classes, billiards, and dancing to music at one of our 3 Squares in the evening. We have over 1900 activities and clubs to choose from. The Villages has a 24 hour neighborhood watch security patrol, also. For golfers, there are over 525 holes of golf! There are now 30 Executive Courses with FREE green fees (with Villages Activity ID) as well as 11 Championship Country Club Courses with reduced rates! The Villages is truly the "DisneyWorld for Adults".  The Villages even has its own 225 bed hospital.

Just over an hour drive away are world renowned DisneyWorld, Epcot Center, Universal Studios and Sea World as well as all the great shopping and restaurants the Orlando area has to offer. Also, about an hour away, the Tampa/St. Petersburg area offers much culture with its fine theatres, restaurants, shopping and the Busch Gardens theme park. Travel either East or West to sun-kissed coastal beaches, for an ocean swim. 

 The Villages offer everything you will need to provide a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with all the comforts of home in a vacation setting.

All rates are based on 1-2 occupants

An additional $100 per week or month will be charged for each additional occupant staying same  length of stay.

A luxury 4 seat electric golf cart is available for an extra charge (High speed motor, Halogen headlights, signal lights and side curtains.

All rates are subject to change until Reservation/Security Deposit is received and your requested dates are confirmed.

$550. Reservation/Security Deposit must be received to guarantee your reservation.  The Reservation/Security Deposit will not be applied to your rental and will be returned to you, within 14 business days, after a walkthrough inspection is done and no damage to the home has been found.  If rental home reservation is NOT canceled within 90 days of arrival, the Reservation/SecurityDeposit will be forfeited.  This applies to any length of time of rental.  Remainder of total rental amount due, is expected on or before 90 days of arrival date.

RENTS ARE PAID WITH CASHIER OR CERTIFIED CHECKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Check-in time is 3:00pm on arrival date of rental agreement and check-out time is 10:00am departure date of rental agreement.
