Nightly rate is according to number of people staying (from $ 250.00 - $ 300.00)

October - January - $ 1300 per week

February - June - $ 1500 per week

July - September - $ 1200 per week

Non-refundable cleaning fee $ 175.00

Damage deposit - $ 500.00

All monies to be received in advance of arrival.  Damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure.
