This is the newest addition to our others beautiful properties in the Cancun Hotel Zone...!, a beach front apartment just a few steps away from our glorious blue turquoise beach, you can sit in the privacy of your balcony to enjoy your margaritas while watching the sunset and the flying Pelicans, all you will hear is the sound of the waves crashing by the beach and if you come at the right time of the year you will see the big turtles nesting just outside your balcony.
The unit has 2,368 sq ft with Marble floors, 3 bedrooms each with a TV, 3 baths, living, dining, family room, free WIFI Internet, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, the bar area has a fridge and sink where you can prepare your Pina Coladas and Margaritas, it has a laundry room and a balcony facing the beach.

We have 3 other units available and will be able to accommodate you and your family depending in your group size and budget and also have a private driver that will pick you up at the airport and will bring you back (up to 5 persons) and for an additional charge will take you to downtown Walmart for your food shopping.

We are a family place, no spring or summer breakers.

We are located in a small individually owned 12 units condo complex and our part of the beach is quiet and private since we don't have any big hotels next to us, we have the best of both worlds, you can go walking to many restaurants and malls and at the same time enjoy your time on the beach without having many people around you.

Across the street we have a mini market, pharmacy and a bank where you can exchange your money.

Cancun is located 2 1/2 hour drive from Chichen Itza the world known Maya ruins, we have many ecological parks, underwater rivers where you can go scuba diving in the caves, the snorkeling is fantastic in Cozumel and Isla Mujeres (a short boat ride), you can swim with dolphins, there is so much to do that you will keep very busy.
