We got so lucky finding this gem. My wife and i stay here now every time we come to NOLA. Usually twice a year, were usually the ones going to be staying during Jazz & Voodoo fest's. It's located on a quiet street in a gorgeous upscale neighbourhood in the uptown area. Only blocks from the St. Charles Trolley. A very clean new/modern detached flat that has everything required for a short or extended stay. It is a newly renovated detached apartment. the kitchen is fully equipped. A Rooftop patio has a bbq, and a great courtyard as you can see in the pic's. On our first trip here we bought 2 bikes and bike everywhere. I am pretty sure you can use our bikes if you take care of them and leave them in working condition upon your departure. Whole foods is only a short bike ride, as is the legendary Tipitina's uptown. Its a pretty good hike to the jazz fest or to the quarter so plan on taking cab's, trolley or rent a car - Nola has to be one of the cheapest places in the country for rentals. Ya have a flatscreen with all the channels for down time and the bed !... ohh the bed is ohh so comfy, nothing like a day and/or night out on the town and coming home to this place ! The owners of this beauty are a lovely family who are happy to have you. They live in the big house and we hardly ever see or need them but when we do it is immediate. The spotty wireless internet was the only thing that might bother some a little but i think it was getting worked out since last we visited. We really didn't care. I'm pretty sure its a non-smoking no pets kind of place. The owners have some loving pets if ya need a fix they seem always happy to meet strangers. Happy to be contacted for further info if you require it but just take my word for it, if your not looking to stay in the quarter - this is your place. you wont be disappointed.
