The gourmet kitchen is clean and spacious and features an island that invites gatherings while meals are being prepared and opens to the great room centered around a large fireplace and 50” television … perfect entertainment home.

The resort style backyard features a saltwater pool with a tanning shelf, spa and cascading waterfall, comfortable chaise lounges, chairs, sofa & loveseat, dining table and umbrellas, portable heater, fire pit, gas barbecue and amazing mountain views.

Additional Fees

RESERVATION DEPOSIT BINDS: $750 applied to final balance.

Utility Fee: $45/day [Pool/spa heating included during Shoulder/peak]. Damage Protection Fee $69

City of Palm Springs TOT tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees, pet fees and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

Cleaning Fee: $225, regardless of how many guests or how long you stay*

*Mid-stay Cleaning fee: Monthly Guests are required to have 2 cleanings per month. Average mid-stay cleaning fee is $100-$200.

WOOF-WOOF Pet Fee:  $150/dog. We gladly accept well-mannered dogs under 50 lbs. Sorry kitty, kitty...no Cats allowed :(
