2500 square foot home. The house is situated in a quiet cove and is
perfect for your family vacation. A dock is located on the property with a boat launch
with room for a boat or jet skis that you can rent nearby.
King Master, and Queens in other guestrooms. The fourth bedroom is
perfect for children as it's semi-private...you have to walk through
one bedroom to get to the other. Tiled sunroom with
beautiful views of the lake, ceiling fans throughout,
full deck with BBQ's Galore Grill and patio furniture.
DVD, VCR, Expanded Cable w/ HBO and Basic Phone, Water and Garbage
included. Full Washer/Dryer, Microwave and all kitchen
amentities, CD Player. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable
w/ the amentities of a home. Central A/C. Fully Furnished including
Linens, Towels, Dishes and all Utensils, Washer/Dryer.
Wonderful wood stove in family room with wood for winter snuggling.

Summer Months (May 1-August 31) $1550 per week
Spring Months (March 1-April 30) $1250 per week
Fall Months (September 1-November 30) $1250 per week
Race weeks May and October $2000 per week
Winter Months (December 1-February 28) $1000 per week
Nightly rental is $275 (2 night minimum). $350 security deposit.
There is an additional $100 charge for cleaning. Towels and linens
are provided.
