A ground level beautifull home in downtown Marathon, a walking distance to shopping area (Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens). Located at ocean side canal, 50 ft of dock with instant access to the Ocean. 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. Come and enjoy your vacations in the Florida Keys, at 2hrs South from Miami International Airport. Marathon is in the middle of the florida keys, it's only an hour south from Key West or North from Key Largo. The house offers a back patio with heated pool, tiki hut and a great area of entertainment. All bedroom with LCD TV's, wi-fi, sound systems, washer and dryer, dishwasher, central a/c. Master bedroom have a king bed, Guest room 1 have a queen bedroom and guest room 3 have a bunkbed, top is single matres, down is full matres bed and another single matres under.
Sombrero beach is a 15 min by car or you can go by boat. Picnic facilities are highly recommended.
It's all here waiting for you, the keys clean. blue water and nearby sandy beaches offer unlimited opportunities. Relax, be yourself, feel at home, a simple evening spent here will be lifetime memory.
