Vacation Rental Description

This charming and lavish 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in  
North Scottsdale in the lavish and upscale DC Ranch/ Market Street  
condo community.  It is a 25 minute drive from Phoenix SkyHarbor  
airport nestled in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains.  This  
condo was built in 2002 and features a queen size bed with walk out  
patio featuring unobstructed and private views of the McDowell  
Mountains.  The large kitchen features granite countertops with  
modern appliances.  A large desk/office area with high speed  
internet access is available.  A laundry room complete with washer  
and dryer make the condo a perfect vacation spot.  The large patio  
includes 2 large chaise lounges with breakfast table and chairs.   
The condo community amenities also include access to the large pool,  
jacuzzi, grill, fireplace, work out center, and business center (all  
easily within walking distance).  A car-port and additional guest  
parking is included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen includes coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and  
oven, dishes, glasses and utensils.  The laundry is equipped with  
washer and dryer in addition to ironing board.  The family room  
contains large TV with DVD/VCR combo unit.  High speed internet also  
available.  Linens, paper products and cleaning supplies are also  
provided.

$100 non refundable cleaning deposit
