Great care was taken to ensure that this home retained it's midcentury modern charm and integrity, while adding all of the state of the art amenities that will make your next vacation the best one yet! Even the color scheme is accurate to 1961.

Step back in time to 1961! Enjoy cocktails in vintage glasses, while lounging in a mid century chair. Eat dinner on a Danish Modern dining table, with a 1960's table cloth, on Mid Century plates. Even the Magazines on the coffee table are from 1961!

Let's start in the back yard! This home sits on over 1/2 acre. There are views from every room of the house. The back yard has a brand new, modern pool and spa, gas barbeque, olive trees, over 2400 square feet of grass area, 2 cactus gardens and a sand volley ball court!..really! The view of San Jacinto is nothing short of amazing.

Now let's go inside... as you walk through the original front door you will see that the main living area is completely open to the back yard via the original sliding doors and windows. Sweeping views of the back yard and brand a new pool and spa greet you, and beckons you outside. In the main living area you will find a breakfast area, cocktail lounge with an incredible Kyle Bunting area rug. The dining room seats 8. The additional lounge area is where you'll find a mid century recliner and a 42 inch flat screen TV, with sorround sound.

Let's talk about the bedrooms...The master bedroom is decorated in cream, grey adn green. The green paint on the walls is called "martini olive"! What a coincidence! It has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and direct access to the patio through the sliding door. Down the hall are 2 additional bedrooms; one in Orange and one in Aqua. High thread count sheets, down comforters and pillows are here for your enjoyment.

Now, on to the Kitchen...your kitchen has brand new, stainless appliances and a custom designed mosaic tile wall that is almost beyond description! It has new CaesarStone countertops and the hardware on the new cabinets is original to the house. A bar separates the kitchen from the living/dining area. Down the hall there's a washer and dryer should you need it. 

But wait.. there's more! Just off the living room, with it's own entrance, is the brand new Casita with it's own sitting area, backyard access, and ensuite bathroom.

• Golf, Shopping. Special events such as film festivals, exotic car shows and auctions, The McCallum theatre! There's plenty of consignment shopping as well. The desert valley is the place for you! Consult the yellow pages for listings. You can't go wrong with any of them.
• The Airplane Museum on Gene Autry Trail, by the Palm Springs Airport is great. Occasionally they will take the vintage airplanes into the air and you can watch them as they "buzz the tower"!
• The Living Desert is a must! The desert comes alive in the cooler winter months.
• Palm Springs Tram. 
• Downtown Palm Springs. If you like the Blues, try the Blue Guitar on Palm Canyon Drive. Reservations are recommended.
• Joshua Tree National Park. A 40 minute drive from the home.
• Gambling at the Indian Casinos. There several to choose from. The closest is the SPA Resort and Casino in Down town Palm Springs. Agua Caliente casino is 10 minutes away. Most casinos have a large theatre for live performances.
• College of the Desert swap meet is every Saturday and Sunday. COD is located onBob Hope Drive andFred Waring Drive.

Or, do what we do. Make big plans but decide to lounge by the pool all day!

• Maximum occupancy is 8. No exceptions.

•  Small dogs are allowed, with additional security deposit of $500. Fully refundable upon inspection and check out.

• A cleaning / Management fee of $150 will be added to the cost of your stay.

• A Utility charge of $50 per day will be charged on all stays. For monthly charges, contact us.

• City of Palm Springs bed tax is extra (11.5%). No charge for stays of 28 days or longer.

• Credit Cards are acceptable forms of payment. However, an additional charge of 2.5% on the amount will be added to the total bill.

complete, open access to the home,no
children under the age of 12 are allowed. Parent's with children under
the age of 12 will be required to sign a waiver*****

Low Season (May 1 through Oct 31):

• Daily rate: $295 per nite. Two nite minimum on weekends. 
• Holidays: $335 per nite. 3 nite minimum.

• Weekly rate is $1500 per nite based upon 7 nites.
• Holiday weeks (Memorial, July 4, Labor) $1900.
• Additional $50 per day utility charge on all stays.

High Season (November 1 to Apr 30):

• Daily rate: $325 per nite. 2 nite minimum on weekends. 
• Holidays: $375 per nite. 3 nite minimum on weekends.

• Weekly rates: $2200 per week.
• Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) $2400.

• A $750 security deposit is required on all stays.
• $50 per day Utility Surcharge required on all stays.
• Cleaning / management fee is an additional charge of $150. Monthly rentals require a bi-weekly cleaning fee.
• First half of total rent, plus secruity deposit is required within 10 days of your confirmed reservation. The remaining half is due within 40 days of your arrival date.
• Cancellations are acceptable up to 30 calendar days prior to your original arrvial date, with a full refund. Cancellations within 29 calendar days of your original arrival date will be subject to a charge of $1500 if the home is rented, the charge will be refunded.
