The sun drenched living room has a queen sleeper sofa, cable tv, vcr, numerous video's ,stereo ,CD and firerplace. This bright room has sliders to the patio with your gas grill and smoker grill  with ample seating for outside eating . 

 Your vacation house is 1 mile from #rt 28 with it's numerous attractions and restaurants. To the left is Hyannis whether it's to catch a ferry to the islands or to go downtown for the harbor and it's nightlife.

To the right on #rt 28 is Capt'n Parkers famous restaurant , Priates Cove , Dennis, Harwich, Chattman and Orleans continue all the way to the very famous, colorfull  P-Town (Providence Town) Location, Location, Location       It's the best !
