The "LOS FELIZ VILLA" Custom  home,  Also know as "The Hidden Gem Of Las Vegas" is a Spanish style Villa, sitting high atop sunrise mountain over looking the entire Las Vegas valley. Sunsets and
nighttime city lights are a spectacular view!!!

This is NOT your average cookie cutter home,  stuck in the middle of a typical
neighborhood,  among a bunch of tracked homes.

This is a custom 3000 sq. ft. home sitting on more than an acre of
land,  where your neighboring multi- million dollar homes are more than a football field away.

partying, pulling the slots or rolling the dice, then look no further.

As you pull into your ten car driveway, three car garage and
approach the front door, you will be greeted by a beautiful 2500 Gallon Koi fish
pond,  with a tranquil flowing waterfall.

The home has just undergone a major renovation, most everything in
the home is new with upgraded plush carpet, wood tile and three
tone custom color paint.... also new A/C & Heat system.

On the inside of your home you will find two large living rooms,  one
with a beautiful fire place, the other is connected to the huge gormet
kitchen that overlooks the entire "LAS VEGAS STRIP".  The black and white livingroom has 2 additional beds makeing this a 5 bedroom home, we also have a high end sleep number bed that can be moved to any room in the home, so this home can sleep 12 comfortably.  

The Master Bedroom,
has a sliding glass door that enters your back yard. As you enter the
the back yard, you will find a huge 10 X 40 ft. covered patio where
another waterfall is flowing softly into your over sized crystal clear
pool,  with a kiddie pool jacuzzi and waterfall.  On the other side of the yard , just below the 3 BBQ's,  is yet another Hot tub.

Just behind the big orange mountain,  in the photo below is "LAKE MEAD". From driveway to boat launch is a short and beautiful twenty minute drive
through the mountains. (NO TRAFFIC. NO RED LIGHTS,  FOR MILES) Great ride for the biker in you. Also,  here you will find many great wounders's, Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam, Colorado River, Echo Bay, and best of all, a beautiful short cut to the Grand Canyon. You can also take a scenic drive to ZION National Park this way.

Downtown "LAS VEGAS" is only about five or six miles from the home,
and is a straight one road drive.
One of the most beautiful Golf course in "LAS VEGAS" is the "DESERT PINES" and is only 2 miles from the house

Everything you will need is located less than 3 minutes away
(banking, groceries,movies, gas, Walmart, McDonalds, Pizza Hut etc.)

This is a NON-SMOKING home, however, for your convenience we have
placed plenty of ash trays and cigarette disposal cans at the front
and back porch. Please Do Not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Rates are between $350 and $450 per night depending on the season
holidays, conventions or special event.
50% Down and 50% Balance to be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If you are booking less than 60 days from your check in date then full payment needs to be made at time of booking.
There will be a 15% Re- booking fee applied to ALL cancelations. Cancelations and refunds are only good for 72 hours after returning the contract. 

This is a very nice home with high end furnishings and expensive
personal items. As long as you act in a mature and responsible manner, there will be no issue with the return of your security deposit.
However, if you act in an immature or irresponsible manner, throwing
wild parties and breaking things, you will be charged accordingly. We want you to have a good time, and enjoy yourself. We just ask that you be respectful towards our HOME and our NEIGHBORS.
