Plasma TV in family room, cable TV, high speed WiFi, phone and central A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. Master Bedroom has a King bed and guest bedroom has two double beds. Inside utility room with private washer/dryer.

The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Very private balcony area with outdoor seating to enjoy the views of the gardens and 10,000 SF Free Form pool. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24 hour security, secure parking and elevator access.

This condo is located within the Diria Resort–the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. You will have full resort privileges, including access to the 10,000 SF free form pool with swim-up bar, many restaurants, and golf, during your stay. Famous Tamarindo beach is only 150 yards away and you are right in town. Hear the waves from your private balconies!

There is plenty to do in Tamarindo! From the world-class surfing, diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, shopping, and dining. Day trips to the Volcano and White water rafting. Quotes for private rental cars or transport to/from the Liberia or San Jose International airport’s at no charge. Jan 3 to April 30: $1,600 per week, $250 per night (3 night minimum)

May 1 to August 30: $1,400 per week, $225 per night (3 night minimum)

Sep 1 to Dec 14: $1,200 per week, $200 per night (3 night minimum)

Dec 15 – Jan 2: Christmas, New Years & Easter weeks: $2,400 (1 week minimum)

*Add $50 Rental processing fee & 13% CR Sales Tax to above rates

50% is due of time of booking and balance is due 30 days before arrival. Down payment is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% of your stay minus a $100 processing fee. We recommend purchasing inexpensive travel insurance in case of last-minute cancellations.
