Weekly rate is $1,050

Monthly rate is $2,450

Lowest Rates are during July through September

Only $124 per night

$700 per week or

$1,450 a month during summer months.

There is $ 130.00 cleaning charge.

20% of one month is required to secure the condo in your name.

50% due two weeks prior to arrival with remainder due when you obtain keys.

$250 pet deposit and $50 key deposits are refundable.
