The Ocean City boardwalk begins (or ends) at 24th street, for morning runs or bike rides. Or, stroll along the BOARDS in the afternoon or evening, with 2 amusement piers for the kids, and an assortment of shops and restaurants.
Ocean City airport, diner, and golf course are only a few blocks. Fishing piers, boat & jet ski rentals are just minutes away. Or maybe a quick game of miniature golf with the family.
Of course, Atlantic City is just a few miles north!

All rentals are weekly only. Discounts available on multiple consecutive week rentals. Please check on deals for discounts or contact owner. A Security/Cleaning deposit of $250 is required. Tenant agrees to return the premises back to the owner on the expiration of the lease in as clean and good condition as reasonable use will permit, and to repair, replace or pay for any breakage or damage to the property, furnishings or equipment. A cleaning fee will be deducted from the security/cleaning deposit for any excessive cleaning. Tenants are expected to remove all trash and belongings from premises, and to clean kitchen area (dishes,glasses,silverware,etc.), and to tidy up.
All leases must be signed and returned with deposit within 10 days of receipt. We will not hold any reservations past 10 days. Must be 25 years of age to lease this condo.
You will need to supply Linens/Towels/Washcloths/ and Personal items.
