Grocery Store, Pharmacy, Marina, Intracoastal, Beaches & area  
parks.  Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is 15 minutes away as  
is Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, Las Olas and many other pristine South  
Florida loacations. 7 Minutes to Seminole Hard Rock Casino &  
Nightlife.  4 Minutes to Gulfstream Racetrack. Located Just off of I-

Fully Furnished Interior, fully equiped kitchen, charoal BBQ grill,  
outdoor furniture, adult beach chairs, kid beach chairs, coolers,  
umbrellas, basic cable throughout, washer, dryer, microwave,  
dishwasher, TV, DVD & Small Stereo with CD player, coffeemaker, hair  
dryer, iron & ironing board.  2 Adult bicycles. All linens  
provided.

Sunshine, Beaches, Parasailing, Golf Coarses - Several within 1 mile  
radius.  Dog Parks, Recreational parks with tennis, basketball and  
racquet ball courts.  Marina with jet ski rental close by.  Many  
sight seeing tours available.  Too many to list.  Our rental comes  
with a complete brochure of all area attractions, sight seeing tours  
and adventures, dining experiences or menus to just stay in.

Vacation Rental Rates

***May 1 thru October 31 $1,000 per week.**Or $3,200 per Month.***   
**November 1 thru April 30 $1,450 per week.** Or $4,500 per Month.** 
***WEEKLY OR MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY. WILL CONSIDER 5 NIGHT RENTAL. *** 
 
A security deposit of $500.00 is due to hold weekly reservations.   
Additional security deposit is required for monthly or extended  
stays.  We do require a $100.00 cleaning fee for all weekly rentals  
and $200.00 for monthly or extended stays.  Balance of deposit is  
returned within 14 days of departure if there are NO DAMANGES.  
 
Payment in Full for entire stay is due 14 days prior to arrival.
