The Boat House in Holland

A prime location and the historic charm of this unique lakeside home
in the resort community of Macatawa makes it easy to relax. The
Boathouse is set on a spacious, well groomed lot overlooking the
active Lake Macatawa Harbor, with the sandy beachs of Lake Michigan
a Lazy walk away. A wrap around deck and screened in porch allow the
luxury of enjoying the ever-changing of this lakefront resort.

For the Boater, there is a 125 foot, 2 sided dock with power and
water.

The Boathouse interior has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is
fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, stove, and microwave.
Five bedrooms on the second floor provide a single bed, 3 queen
size, and 2 double. In addition, there are bunkbeds on the first
floor. Other features include 2.5 bathes with all linens and towels;
2 cable TV's; a washer and dryer; central air conditioning and an
outside gas grill off the kitchen. This is a non-smoking unit and
pets are not allowed.

In addition to boathouse facilities, one will have access to the
exlusive Macatawa beach.

Historically, the boathouse was once just that: A house on the water.

There are many great activities in the area including: Marinas and
Charter Fishing, Beaches, Piper Restaurant, Lake Macatawa Boat
Access, Lake Michigan Boat Access, Bike Path and Nature Trails,
Saugatuck/Douglas resort town, Tulip City Airport, Holland State
Park, Downtown Holland, Golf/Tennis/Antiques, Westshore Mall and
Outlet Mall,and Dutch Village.

The Boathouse in Rented Weekly in the Summer Season, May and
September, for $1950 per week. June is $2450/week, July is $3450/week & August is $2950.

Daily rentals are available on within 2 weeks of rental dates (given availability)

The BoatHouse is also available
October through April weekly and monthly.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due with your reservation.
