Great for families, fun, & relaxation!

This rental was wonderful! Our young family of six stayed here. We were some of the first renters and found the owners to be extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They made our stay even more pleasant. The unit was well-equipped with towels, bedding, and kitchen needs. Our unit included one bedroom with two full beds (or maybe they were queen?)- which was perfect for our children. The new park right across the street was well enjoyed by our children (3-8 years old). There is beach access at the end of a quiet little walk down the street and I felt comfortable walking there with all four kids alone. The owners even provided towels and beach toys in the rental! The lovely enclosed courtyard makes this rental feel very private and inviting with lots of chairs for outdoor lounging or sunbathing. And for those of you who "treasure hunt" (as our family calls it), there were even a number of geocaches within walking distance of the rental! We are hoping to rent here again whenever we are in the area! Thank you for a lovely, friendly visit, Pam!

Weekend at Beachy Keen

Our family of six stayed a weekend at Beachy Keen. We felt secure with our young children in the beautiful gated court yard and spent time at the new park right across the street. The family bike was a hit and we loved the beach being so close and not crowded. We spent some time at Jetty Park and enjoyed the convenience of Publix. It was a plus that each bathroom had tubs and thought the beds were really comfortable. We only used one unit, but talked about how the complex would be great for a multifamily vacation.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

Owners response: Our goal is to bring families together for a fun, memorable, and wholesome vacation in a home setting. Beachy Keen is family friendly and a good design for single or multiple family vacations. The new park directly across the street is a big hit with kids of all ages. The beach access being at the end of the street just 2 short blocks away makes it convenient. Seeing a cruise ship sail by is a regular occurrence. Thanks for sharing!
