This is a beautiful, sunny mountain home that is steps away from Sugarbush Resort. Enjoy both valley and mountain views.
The home features an open floor plan with a two story living room, 5 bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bath. Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunk beds. Bedroom 3 has matching twiin sleigh beds and a daybed. Bedroom 4 has a full size bed. Bedroom 5 has a king sized bed that can be converted into two twin sized beds. The loft has a full sized futon. The upstairs bath has two sinks and a separate bath and toilet.
The lower level of the house features a second tv area with a large comfortable sectional sofa, big screen television and a pool table.
The home also features a large deck with an outdoor fireplace, an indoor fireplace and a separate boot room to store all of your gear.

There is so much to do in the Mad River Valley!
In the winter, Sugarbush Resort is known for it's great skiing and riding. There are plenty of trails to entertain every ability level with two distinct mountain areas, Lincoln Peak and Mount Ellen. Mad River Glen ski area is located in the Mad River Valley just a few miles down the road from Mount Ellen. The area also has many great places to cross country ski and snowshoe.
In the spring, summer and fall, Sugarbush Resort offers golf, mountain biking, disc golf, a zip-line, bungee jumping and a bouncy house.
The Valley offers fantastic hiking and kayaking, there are numerous swimming holes along the Mad River and the Warren Airport (private, summer only) offers glider rides. There is also a unique movie theatre, The Big Picture, that offers some traditional and some loveseat seating and has a fantastic restaurant attached!
Sugarbush Resort also has a health and fitness club located about a half mile from this home. The Sharc, as it is known, (Sugarbush Health and Racket Club) has a pool, tennis courts, a climbing wall and a workout room.
The cities of Montpelier and Burlington are located less than one hour away. Both have charming downtown areas with shops and restaurants.
