The Green Cottage Getaway in Pentwater

The Green Cottage Getaway is nestled in the woods just up the road from Bass Lake and 5 minutes north of downtown Pentwater. There is deeded access to Bass Lake for fishing, boating, canoeing and more, plus a beautiful Lake Michigan public beach a very short drive or easy bike ride away.

This completely updated 3 bedroom cottage features cable tv, free long distance phone and free wi-fi so you can stay connected if you choose. It offers sleeping accommodations for 5 to 7 guests, two full modern baths with showers, and a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. Ideal for 2 couples traveling with or without children, 2 of the bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the house, with a bathroom very close to each. The center bedroom has a comfy twin bed, and for extra guests there are two fold-out chairs in the living room.

In addition, there is a spacious, fully equipped, modern, eat-in kitchen where you can show off your culinary skills. Or after a hard day of fun in the sun, you may just want to relax on the comfortable, newly constructed deck while cooking dinner on the gas grill.

For cooler evenings, The Green Cottage Getaway offers a large living room with plenty of seating, a beautiful woodburning fireplace, TV/DVD and stereo for your favorite CDs.

Please note that during the busy season, late June to mid-August we have a 1 week rental minimum.

We require a fully refundable security deposit of $350.00 when you make your reservation. The security deposit is not part of the rent and will be refunded after your stay.

Rental payment in full is due 6 weeks before your stay.

We are required by law to charge 6% MI use tax

All rentals require a cleaning fee of $60.00 (not taxed)
