Cedar Ridge Cottage in Pentwater

Cedar Ridge Cottage is a light, airy 3-bedroom home located in Lake Michigan Shores, a quiet neighborhood halfway between Silver Lake and Pentwater. It is not right on the water, but has deeded, shared access to 750 feet of a beautiful private association beach on Lake Michigan where you can spend the day swimming and soaking up the sun. The beach access stairway is just 300 feet down the road from our back door.

If you are looking for a little more excitement, it's just a short drive to all the fun family attractions in the Silver Lake area. Rent a jet ski or pontoon boat on Silver Lake. Drive your car or rent a dune buggy to fly along the Silver Lake dunes, the nations largest off road public park, or spend the day on the beach next to the majestic Little Sable lighthouse.

To the north lies the charming village of Pentwater, where you can spend the day shopping and dining along quaint Hancock St. From the marina on beautiful Pentwater Lake to the wide open spaces and dunes of Charles Mears state park beach you are sure to find plenty to do for the whole family.

Cedar Ridge Cottage offers 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, the third with 2 sets of bunks. There is a full bath with double sinks, tub/shower and one half bath. Amenities include hi-speed internet with Wi-Fi access, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, indoor and outdoor dining areas with gas and charcoal grills. You can dine on the spacious deck, or gather on one of the four roomy covered porches. For late night (or any time) conversation, there is a comfortable, screened in porch off the two back bedrooms.

We require a fully refundable security deposit of $350.00 when you make your reservation. The security deposit is not part of the rent and will be refunded after your stay.

Rental payment in full is due 6 weeks before your stay.

We understand your pet is part of your family. We do allow pets with an additional non-refundable fee of $100 per pet.

We are required by law to charge 6% MI use tax

All rentals require a cleaning fee of $60.00 (not taxed)
