Thank you for your interest in our vacation cottage on Green Lake!
Our cottage is part of a ten-cottage condominium off the Nicolin Road on Green Lake in
Ellsworth, Maine. It is informal, and set back just a bit from the lake, nestled into the
trees.
The cottage is furnished, with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two
twin beds), two full baths, living area (with a double sleeper futon), dining area, kitchen,
and an enclosed front porch.
Green Lake is clean, beautiful, and peaceful. It has been home to a family of nesting
loons for years. About nine miles long and one mile wide, it lies east of Bangor and west
of Bar Harbor and Ellsworth.
cottage rental amenities
The kitchen has the basics; a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, and cookware.
There is also a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.
There is a telephone, but if you want use of a radio or TV, you will have to bring them. If
you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. All you need to bring are linens
(sheets and towels) and groceries.
