This property is truly a 'one of a kind' world class property with all the lavish things one could want.  The privately gated grounds are very peaceful with large patios for entertaining, an inviting pool and spa, BBQ area and separate gated place for the dogs should you like to bring them along.  We enjoy watching movies in the lavish theater, playing pool in the great room, hiking the horse trail or cooking gourmet meals in a kitchen designed for a professional chef.  We love the short trip into town for the exquisite restaurants & antique shopping.  Sometimes we'll even hop on the train, conveniently located downtown and head to San Diego for the day (only an hour).  Lastly, who could not love being around the corner from the harbor and beaches.  Laguna Beach is a favorite day & night spot but so nice to be able to escape the crowds and return home to our little slice of heaven, the chateau.  If swimming in our salt water, heated pool or spa is not your thing, you may utilize our beach toys, ping pong table and pool table as well.

San Juan Capistrano is centrally located in a bedroom community of Orange County, CA.  It's proximity to the charming conveniences and character of the historical downtown area along with it's two minute drive to the harbor or ten minute drive to Laguna Beach make it the perfect spot for vacationing.  It's only 25 minutes from the closest airport and only one hour to L.A. or San Diego. Additionally, you'll find all the major tourist attractions such as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Movie Land Wax Museum, LegoLand and outlet centers only a 25 minute drive from us.  Equally attractive, one can go skiing in the nearby mountains or bask in the sun of Palm Springs within a couple hours drive.
