Vacation Rental Description

This is a great 3 bedroom ranch located in Blind Bay, which is 15  
minutes from Alex Bay, but still well within the 1000 Islands.  This  
home sits in a quiet bay, and overlooks the channel.  The channel is  
very close, and you'll have a great view of the ships going by.   
There is a private dock included, which can house a boat up to about  
30 feet.  There is also a private boat ramp.  The house has 3  
bedrooms (Queen size bed, Full size bed, and two twin beds in the  
3rd bedroom). 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has a fully equipped kitchen, full bath with washer/dryer,  
and a great room with a TV/DVD player. We do ask that tenants bring  
their own sheets and towels.  If you are traveling from afar and  
this is an inconvenience, please let us know and we will provide  
towels and linens.

Activities and Attractions

Well, you're in the 1000 islands so there's always something to do,  
but here are some of our favorites... 
The Antique Boat Show, the Poker Run, the locks up in Mesina,  
antique shopping, boating, day trips to Alex Bay by boat and/or car,  
the drive-in is a favorite, swiming, fishing, and life on the water.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our rate is $1,000/week during the peak season (July, August, and  
through Labor Day week), and $750 otherwise.  We ask for a $100  
security deposit, that will be refunded within 10 days as long as  
the house is in the same great shape you found it in. Discounts are  
given for multiple weeks.  Our weekly rentals run from Saturday  
through Saturday. Check in time is 3pm, and check out time is 10am.  
We ask that you leave the house clean and ready for the next  
tenants.  A $50 cleaning fee applies if the house is not left  
clean.  The house is stocked with all needed cleaning supplies.
