The Bay Harbor Condos places you in the middle of the south beach section of Clearwater Beach, with a short walk to get to restaurants, shopping and of course the sugary white sands of Clearwater Beach.

Pier 60 and the Clearwater Marina are only a 15 minute walk away. Go and enjoy the Sunset Celebrations at the Pier every night of the year, weather permitting of course.

You have access to one assigned parking space and to guest parking as well, two vehicles per unit.

Need a place to dock a boat? This unit comes with a dock for the right sized vessel for an extra $100 per stay.

Bedroom 2 - One queen bed. Ceiling fan with light. No TV. Ensuite bath with step-in shower. Sink with granite counter-tops

Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds. Ceiling fan with light. No TV. Direct access to the third bathroom with tub/shower combo. Single sink with granite counter top.

Living Area - Couch with two chairs. Seating for five. 31 inch flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and digital cable. Direct access to the balcony with view of the intracoastal waterway. Ceiling fan.

Dinning Area - Seating for 4 with two additional barstools at the breakfast bar.

Kitchen - Large open kitchen with Island. Granite counter tops throughout. Twin sinks. Walk-in pantry.

Balcony - 9 x 30 foot in size. Table with 4 chairs. Cushions for the chairs are in the master closet.

General Unit Amenitites - local phone service. Washer/dryer. You can hook into the free Wi-Fi provided by the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce. Iron and board, vacuum. Beach towels, umbrella, a couple of chairs. Pack and Play

Within easy walking distance to all the activities of South Clearwater Beach or take the local trolley.
