affordable and convenient.  The Destin ,Fort Walton area beaches 
have won national awards for their cleanliness. You will find this 
newly updated beach rental will provide the magic to top off your 
vacation. 

Dining out is close with many restaurants to choose from, kids 
parks, shopping and fishing pier, the new Convention center is close 
by also.

Rates are weekly plus the 10% sales tax and $55 cleaning fee. 
Deposit:$250 to secure reservation.Please Note: *** Minimum of 30 
days notice of cancellation for return of deposit.  Your payment 
must be received 14 days prior to arrival. Small pets may be allowed 
with prior approval and additional deposit but remember pets are NOT 
allowed on the beach.
