2nd Master Bedroom: Located on the 1st floor, has a King Bed, Trundle-bed (2 twins), large walk-in California Closet, 37" flat screen TV, and clock/radio with IPod docking station. Master bath includes a large walk-in shower and double-sink vanity with glass-block exterior window. Travertine flooring.

Bedroom #3: Located on the 3rd floor, has a king bed, California Closet, clock/radio with iPod docking station, 21-inch flat screen TV. Hardwood flooring.

Bedroom #4: Located on the 3rd floor, has a queen bed and California Closet. Hardwood flooring.

3rd floor bathroom includes a combination tub/shower.

Spacious Kitchen/Dining Room: Located on the 2nd floor, has a double-oven, gas stove, center work-island with wine cooler, granite counter tops & travertine flooring.
