Off-Season Dates are from Jan. 1 to May 17, 2008 ..and.... Sept.  
2019 to Dec. 31, 2008.  Off-Season: Rates rates are $1,700 Per Week. 
 
Ocean WEEKENDS....Available during the off-season. 
    3-Night Weekends:  $995.   
    4-Night Weekends:  $1,150.
