Clearwater Beach Vacation House in Clearwater Beach

This home is located on the intra-coastal waterway with private dock. In the back yard is a newly completed infinity pool for your enjoyment.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The spaciousness extends into the living room, separate dining room and full kitchen with cooking island and adjacent dining area for breakfast and lunch.

Just off of the kitchen is a “family suite” with two separate bedrooms with queen sized beds sharing a full bath. Including the sofa sleeper, this home can accommodate up to 12 people with plenty of room for everyone.

The king suites have their own bathrooms.

The beach is only three blocks away.

This pool is heated to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, but when the ambient air temperature is below 50 degrees for three days or more the posted temperatures can not be maintained. Your understanding is appreciated.

Bedroom 1 - 1 king bed with private bath.  36" tube TV.  Ceiling fan. Hardwood floor. Faces the street.  Bath has tile floor, pedestal sink and step-in shower.

Bedroom 2 - 1 king bed with private bath, 32" tube TV. Hardwood floor, ceiling fan. Faces the back yard and water. Walk-in closet.  Bath has tile floor and tub/shower combo with beautiful stained glass window in the shower.

Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a queen beds. They are located just off the kitchen and share a common bathroom. That bath has a tile floor and a step-in tile shower.  Bedrooms have tan carpeting. There is common closet for both bedrooms in the hall which connects the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a ceiling fan and 26 inch TV.

Bedroom 5 - Trundle bed comprised of 2 twins.  This bedroom does not have a closet. The floor is hardwood.  Access to the half bath is just around the corner, off the entry.

Breakfast Room is just off the kitchen with a door that leads to the patio and pool. Seats 6.

Formal Dining Room is just off the living room and provides seating for 8.

Living Room has 2 couches and 2 chairs. One couch is a queen sized sofa sleeper. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also an amplifier for FM stereo radio via recessed speakers in the ceiling in various rooms of the house. Those speakers can be controlled individually

The Pool is a built-in, heated infinity sport pool. The deep part of the pool is in the middle. There is a 6 inch deep shelf in the pool for laying around in the water at one end.  Access to the pool is through the breakfast room door which is equipped with an alarm as well as the door from the back queen bedroom.

The Garage provides one space for parking inside.  The driveway will accommodate up to 4 other regular sized vehicles. Limited parking is available on the street.

The Dock in the back normally secures the owner''s boat. There is the possibility of using the dock for another boat, depending upon the size. Please call for more details.

The Patio has a table for 6 as well as chairs and lounges. There is also a propane BBQ grill for your use.
