Step back in time and experience old Seagrove at 'happy daze'. This 1600 square foot gulf-front home is all on one level making it easy access for guests of all ages. It's private beach access is just a few steps out the door to our beautiful white sugar sand and the gulf of Mexico. It's comfortably furnished and sleeps up to 9 with a queen bed in the master, a full in the second and 2 sets of bunks in the 3rd bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. There's an extra twin bed tucked on the enclosed gulf-front porch. The house has vintage pine-paneling with terrazzo floors making it a classic beach destination. The timpoochee trail, an 18 mile bike and walking path that parallels 30-a, runs right by the house. It's a perfect family getaway and only a short stroll or bike ride to seaside and nearby shops and restaurants. * Sunday to Sunday rental in summer season.
* parking for 4 cars. **this is a dog friendly property: we allow one dog, 30 lb maximum. A non-refundable dog fee of $150.00 (plus sales tax) is required.
