The Palms at Seagrove C4 is on the first floor and offers easy access to the beach walkover. The complex is a favorite for repeat guests year after year and all condos have one bedroom and two full baths. The sunny decor in C4 is lovely and it features a king bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living area and bunks built into the hallway for the kids. The kitchen is open to the living area and was updated several years ago. Relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets and cool gulf breezes from the patio. The Palms has a community pool and grills for afternoon cookouts and there's a private boardwalk for accessing the beach. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and area activities. The area offers a paved trail that follows 30-A used for walking, jogging, and biking and bike rentals are available through local vendors. * Saturday to Saturday rental in season. * Wireless internet service in unit. * Parking for 1 car. * Sorry, pets are not allowed.
