beautiful Seagrove Beach, FL.  It has a separate carriage house that 
can be used for additional privacy.  Unbelievable Views from every 
room, 10ft. Celings, Crown Molding, Travertine Flooring, Hardwood 
Floors, Largest Master Bedroom You have seen, Game Room with Pool 
Table, Pinball Machine, Game Cube, Juke Box and Bar, Large, New 
Kitchen with top of the line appliances, Mini-Kitchen and Bar in 
Master Bedroom, Two 42" Plasma Flat Sceen TV's, DVDs, VCRs, Outdoor 
dining, Gulf Front Swimming Pool and Hot Tub.  I guarantee this 
house has the most magnificient Master Bedroom anywhere !  You have 
to see it to believe it.

You will be amazed how relax and rejuvenated you will feel while you 
lay around the beautiful Gulf Front pool and hot tub, while listening 
to music, getting some sun, listening to the Gulf waves and feeling 
the Gulf breezes in your hair.  When you get tired of this, you can 
just walk down your own private beachwalk to lay on the beach (chairs 
provided) and sip on a cool, refreshing beverage, while watching the 
fish and dolphins play in the crystal clear waters.

6 Bedrooms consist of 4 King size beds, 1 Queen size bed, 3 Queen 
Sleeper sofas, 4 Twins and plenty of room for rollaways, or sleeping 
bags.  Also provided at no charge:

A 2 Man Kayak
Beach Chairs
Beach & Pool toys
Beach Towels
Basketballs, soccer balls and Frisbees
Schedule Reservations for in home or, at office, Body Massages (you 
pay for the massage)
Schedule Nanny or babysitting services
In home VCR, DVD and CD library (no need to rent videos)

In addition, we can provide you with other services at a nominal 
charge like:

Stocking the refrigerators prior to your arrival, via your personal 
grocery list
Provide additional bike and kayak rentals
Make dinner reservations for your group
Provide baby cribs and other accessories if needed
Provide fresh flowers waiting on your arrival
Create a Fresh fruit basket, wine basket, cheese basket, or any 
combination of all
