Beautiful Lakefront Condo , Easy Access in Frisco

This condo has one of the few unobstructed views of Lake Dillon that
you'll find. All rooms and the 24' deck face the lake. The two
bedrooms
are separated by a spacious living area. The master bedroom has a
queen bed and a double vanity with a tub and a shower. The second
bedroom has two queen beds, a separate dressing area, with a sink
and access to the main bath. Both bedrooms and living room have exits
to the deck.
Convenience is the key...Parking is close in with only a few steps to
the door making loading and unloading a breeze. The complex is quiet
and private with easy access to the three outdoor hot tubs.

This condo offers a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer
and dryer. It also includes a gas fireplace, three TVs with
cable,VCR,
DVD, stereo, and phone. Linens, cookware and utensils are
provided.Safety features include CO2 monitor, fire extinguishers and
first aid kit.
The dining room table is large with six padded chairs. There is a one
car garage and conveniently located gas grills and picnic tables. This
beautifully furnished and decorated condo is in the most central
location for accessing all the wonderful activities Summit County has
to offer year round. No one should have difficulty finding something
to do in Colorado's Playground. A high chair and fold up crib are
available.

For winter enthusiasts there are five major ski areas within 15
minutes: Loveland, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and
Arapahoe Basin.
Vail is only 25 miles away and Beaver Creek just 5 minutes beyond
that. The area also offers cross
country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, moonlit
sleigh rides,
ice skating, resort night life and so much more!
Summer activities also abound in Summit County. There are five superb
resort quality golf courses within 15 minutes of the condo. Some of
the more popular activities are biking, in-line skating on numerous
paved trails accessible right across the road from the condo. Also
enjoy white water rafting, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and
fishing, boating or sailing on beautiful Lake Dillon.
The condo is within walking distance of the Frisco Marina and
downtown area. Summit County offers free bus service to the ski
areas, factory outlet stores, and nearby towns. Excellent dining is
available at many fine restaurants with some great night life.
