of the ocean.The first level has a quiet & relaxing bedroom and bath 
with private garage access,the second level is the main living with a 
spacious open floor plan including 2 unique bedrooms. Kitchen has 
integrated breakfast nook with spectacular view overlooking the 
ocean. Large bathroom area has natural stone tile & relaxing 
garden style tub. Third level includes breathtaking panoramic view 
from uniquely designed master suite quarters with comfortable private 
bathroom. Rental also includes access to detached entertainment room 
filled with pool table, dart boards ,and a relaxing sitting area.

Vacation Rental Amenities

1st floor includes queen sized bed with cable television. 2nd level 
includes 2 queen sized sleeper sofas & seperate twin beds. 3rd level 
includes king sized bed with cable television. entertainment room 
includes 2 pull down queen sized murphy beds. This ocean side get-a-
way also includes an outdoor inspired heated jacuzzi & 
outside gas fireplace for romantic evenings overlooking the 
ocean.Also included is a gas barbeque grille, 
outside sitting area with ocean front view on 2nd level complete with 
teak furnishings on the wrap around deck. Bicycles & fishing 
equipment included for your enjoyment,laundry facilities also 
included with rental.

Activities and Attractions

This centrally located hide-a-way is convenintly located between 
historical St. Augustine & fun-filled main st. in Daytona Beach only 
25 minutes away. Orlando international airport & all Orlando area 
theme parks are about 1 hr.  Cape Canaveral & the Kennedy space 
center is also about 1hr drive. Breathtaking night launches from the 
space center can be seen from the unique wrap-around deck. Sports 
fans can also take a short trip to Jacksonville Alltel stadium to 
take in an action packed day of football. Nascar fans can enjoy a day 
of thrills at the speedway and bikeweek fans can rev up their motors 
at bikeweek or biketoberfest!! or just spend a relaxing, quiet day 
having fun in the surf and sun.
