Islands Harbor, where you will find resturants, boat rentals  
and whale watching trips to the Channel Islands, is a short walk.  
Downtown Ventura filled with small shops, cafes, theatres, and  
antique stores.Santa Barbara is just 45 minute away and the artsy  
community of Ojai is just a 20 minute drive

Vacation Rental Rates

High season $2,300- $2,500 a week (June-September) plus $150  
cleaning fee Winter - rate negotiable per month This is a non smoking  
property.
