Available for $1,500/night in high season and $900/night in low  
season with a 3 night minimum. 
 
Weekly rates of $5,000/W during low season and $10,000/W during high  
season.  
 
Also available for $10,000/monthly off season, $18,000/monthly  
during high season, and $12,000/Monthly for year lease. 
 
Our rates are at a 55% discount from Setai Hotel rates on a daily or  
weekly basis and 75% on monthly basis.
