The fenced back deck area boasts a large pool, cabana with outdoor half bath, sink, and snack bar . Have dinner around the large dining table, sun on a lounger or enjoy cool breezes with a snooze in the hammock. You can entertain in style on the second floor with an open living, dining and kitchen area. There's a large flat-screen for viewing the latest movie or sports activity. The porch off the second floor overlooks the pool and has steps leading to the deck below. A private king suite is on the first floor and also has a bar area for making morning coffee. The third floor has queen and bunk bedrooms with a shared bath along with the king master suite with its own private porch and whirlpool tub. The 4th and top floor is reached by a spiral staircase that leads to a queen bedroom, family room with flat-screen & bar area and a bath with shower between the two. The porch off the family room offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Eastern Lake. It's the ideal treetop location to sit back and enjoy a beautiful sunset.
