There's plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Compass Rose has two spacious living rooms- even two kitchens! There's a huge deck by the gorgeous, private, pool. There's a separate dining room that seats eight and an additional dining area in the massive second living room that seats 6. There is a wrap around balcony on the second floor with partial gulf views and a third floor cupola, also with gulf views.

This house is light and airy, no matter what size your group, you won't feel cramped here!

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king bed and private bath with walk in shower and one with 2 twin beds and bunk beds. There's a second bath on the first floor.

There is another master on the second floor with a king bed and private bath. There's another bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom. There's another bath on the second floor.

The third floor has a loft area at the top of a spiral staircase with a full sized bed - kids will love this.

There are also 2 sleeper sofas, one in each living room.

This house in located in charming Crystal Beach, which is a Seaside-like development on the east side of Destin. The highly desirable neighborhood has attractive, lush landscaping and is maintained in pristine condition.

It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk the 200 yards to the beach or venture over to nearby restaurants or shopping areas, like Destin Commons, which features over 75 shops and restaurants and pop-up water fountains - always popular with the kids.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson State Park is nearby, too.

There's plenty of parking at Compass Rose, even room for an RV. Also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Pool heating extra $300/wk or $50 per day.
