Alta Mesa Resort Village is a gated golf community located in northeast Mesa, within 5 minutes of the 202 freeway and within 15 minutes of U.S. 60. This home was completed in February 2000.

Unlike most vacation rentals, this home was not furnished as a rental, but as my own home. Unexpectedly, shortly after purchasing it, I moved abroad, leaving the lovely furniture and decorative items which truly make a house a home. That’s what sets this home apart with “more and better” of just about everything you might expect to find in a home, let alone a vacation rental.

This 3 bedroom, 2-bath condominium home is fully furnished/equipped right down to linens, small kitchen appliances, cookware, flatware, dishes and even a gas Barbeque. This unit has a 1700+ square feet floor plan to die for…suitable for privacy, comfort and entertaining!

This is a truly beautiful home, complete with many luxury touches
and designer furniture. All appliances are included. The home is entered either through the front door or by way of the direct access garage with remote opener.

The Alta Mesa location of this home put it within easy reach of too many social, recreational, and cultural activities to count. A great many are available either on site or within a short drive. There are more than 174 golf courses located in the metro area; baseball fans will be in their element, and sun and landscape
worshippers will not be disappointed.

Regional attractions, including the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tucson, Jerome, Prescott, Payson and Flagstaff are all less than five hours away by car. A bit further afield (but still within a days’ drive) are Mexico, Las Vegas, San Diego, or even Santa Fe. And if those destinations don’t appeal to you, a booksuggesting great day trips is provided for you to use while visiting.

Master Bedroom: King bed, down comforter and pillows, designer furniture, 25” remote TV, ceiling fans, two marble topped nightstands, reading lamps, armoire, large marble-topped dresser, mirror, alarm clock, mirrored walk-in closet, his and her sinks in the master bath with oval tub and separate walk-in shower await you in the sumptuous Master Suite.

Master Retreat: A wing of the Master Bedroom forms the Master Retreat, which provides private access through sliding doors to the covered balcony. The Master Retreat is equipped with an executive desk, lamp, comfy desk chair and complimentary wireless high speed internet. If your laptop has wireless or network capability just plug in your computer, make a few easy adjustments and you should be surfing within minutes.

Second Bedroom: Bedroom 2 offers complete privacy due to the split bedroom floor plan and is adjacent to the second bathroom with large walk-in shower, complete with a seat. This bedroom affords the ultimate flexibility, because the pop-up daybed can be configured as a single, twins or a comfortable king using the “bed doubler” and bedding provided. The second bedroom also has a walk-in closet, bedside tables, reading lamps, mirrored dresser, ceiling fan, alarm
clock, and a small TV/VCR combination.

Bedroom Three/Den: Down the hall, beyond the bathroom and linen closet is the Den/Bedroom 3, which is furnished with a brand new and very comfortable double futon with storage drawers beneath, coffee and end tables, reading lamp, “lending library'/games bookcase” (with books for you to read and return or exchange for one of your own), beautiful built-in and lighted display niches, leather recliner and large closet.

Great Room: The heart of the home, the Great Room has designer furnishings, ceiling fan, sofa, two leather recliners and a built-in entertainment center housing a 32” remote TV, DVD, VCR, and CD Stereo Surround Sound System.

This charming space, separated from the Kitchen by a breakfast bar and bar stools, has many niches and plant shelves which are graced with whimsical objets d’art and silk plants. Access to the covered balcony is by sliding glass door from the Great Room. There you will find a gas barbeque, patio dining table and nicely padded chairs.

Dining Area: The Dining Area holds a handmade mosaic tile dining table and thickly padded chairs.

Kitchen and Laundry Room: The fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry room provide all you would expect to address the day to day practicalities of your stay, including full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, self-cleaning range, microwave and side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. The entire home is also served by an “on demand” water softener.

Please note: Homeowners Association rules prohibit renting for less than 30 days at a time.  I rent only by the calendar month for a full 30 days, with the possible exception of low season.  Please don't ask for daily, weekly or bi-weekly rentals.
