Nestled above Cayuga Lake in the heart of the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, this 3 Bedroom 1 Bath Ranch style cottage boasts lots of charm.  Also included is a detached Bunkhouse that can sleep an additional two people making sleep capacity 8 - 10 people!  Weekly rentals starting at $1100.00 beginning 3:00 pm June 30th running through 12:00 noon September 8th.  Looking for that perfect vacation in the Heart of the Finger Lakes look no more.

Amenities include 3 Bedrooms (1 Bedroom with 1 Full Bed, 1 Bedroom with 2 Full Beds, 1 Bedroom with Futon/Bunkbed combination, 1 Detached Bunkhouse with 1 Full Bed), 1 Bathroom, Kitchen with Stove/Oven, Microwave, Coffee maker, Refridgerator and all kitchen cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware, Living room with Television/DVD player, dining area and sitting area with propane firelplace in main cottage.  Detached bunkhouse is a single bedroom with 1 Full Bed.  There are two beautiful 16'x16' bi-level decks off the main cottage equipped with gas grill overlooking Cayuga Lake.  Also included is a fire pit and picnic table and plenty of yard space.  125' of lake front includes a deck with dock and boat hoist.  Perfect for swimming, fishing and boating!

Cayuga Lake is well known for it's swimming, fishing, boating and hiking.  Come enjoy the great dining and nightlife that Ithaca has to offer!  Also nearby are numerous wineries, museums and state parks.

Weekly rentals starting at $1100.00.  Weeks run Sunday with a 3:00 pm check-in through the following Sunday with a check-out at 12:00 noon.  A security deposit of $400.00 is required to reserve your week(s).  This is non-refundable.
