1) LA MANSARDE: A gorgeous house 1.5 blocks from the beach
This beautiful home has all the amenities of a modern house with the style and grace of a small Victorian mansion.

Available for weekly summer rentals and off-season weekend vacations.

Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, you will find this unique early twentieth century Victorian house with a distinctive French-style mansard roof.
Very clean and appointed with hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and antique furnishings.
An entrance foyer, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, large dining room that sits 8 comfortably, and a half bathroom complete the first level. The second story boasts a full bathroom and three sunny bedrooms, each furnished with elegant queen-sized beds.
There is a lovely long open front porch with furniture that overlooks a large front yard for relaxing after a day in the sun.

This home accommodates between 6-10 people.
Master bedroom: Queen size bed;
Bedroom #2: Queen size bed;
Bedroom #3: Queen size bed;
AND two Full size fold-out futon couches in the living room.

A short 5-minute stroll to the 7-mile beach and a short walk to downtown, the Pier, shops, restaurants, and amusement park.
The original house was lovingly restored by the current owner in 2012. 
Whether you want to find the best pizza after a fun family excursion to the amusement park, borrow a ball for your group to use at the beach volleyball net at the end of the street, or get directions to the best places to enjoy live music and mixed drinks with an ocean view, all are within walking distance.  
Short day trips include Freeport (outlet shopping), Portland (arts & entertainment), Kennebunk, and Ogunquit.

Rent includes cable television (with DVD player) and wireless internet throughout the house. Please bring your cellular phone, as there is no landline in the house.

There is parking for three vehicles in the driveway as well as plenty of free street parking.  This is a smoke free property.

2) "THE COTTAGE AT LA MANSARDE"
This newly renovated and fully furnished 1-bedroom cottage next to La Mansarde is available for weekly summer rentals from May through October. Only 1.5 blocks to the beautiful 7-mile beach, and a short walk to downtown attractions and the Pier.

AMENITIES: This open-concept design is perfect for a beach vacation!
The first floor has a fully equiped kitchen (complete with dishware, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker for your use), in addition to a living room and a full bathroom. The large master bedroom takes up the entire second floor, and is furnished with an elegant queen-sized bed.

This home accommodates a family of 4-5 people:
Master bedroom: large Queen size bed and two twin-size daybeds.
A Full size fold-out futon couch in the living room.

Weekly rental includes cable television (with DVD player) and wireless internet throughout the house. Please bring your cellular phone, as there is no landline in the cottage.

Two car driveway plus plenty of free on-street parking. This is a smoke free property.

Bienvenue à cette belle maison Victorienne près de la plage. Cette maison d’été est disponible pour les locations hebdomadaires.

Seulement un bloc et demi de la plage vous trouverez cette maison Victorienne datant du début du vingtième siècle, avec un toit de style mansarde. La maison a des beaux parquets en bois, des fenêtres vitraux, et des ameublements d’époque. Un foyer d’entrée, une cuisine stockée, un salon spacieux, une salle à manger, et une W.C. se trouvent au premier niveau. La cuisine est fournie avec des plats, des ustensiles, une micro-onde, un grille-pain, un mixeur, et une cafetière pour votre usage. Le deuxième niveau a une salle de bains et trois chambres à coucher. Dans chaque chambre il y a un grand lit « Queen ». Il y a un porche privé pour relâcher après une longue journée dans le soleil.

Entre six à dix personnes peuvent dormir à la maison :
Chambre principale : un lit « Queen »;
Chambre #2 : un lit « Queen »;
Chambre #3 : un lit « Queen » ;
ET deux divans (style « futon ») dans le salon pour vos invitées.

C’est une courte balade de cinq minutes jusqu’ à la plage et c’est proche du centre-ville, le Quai, les magasins, les restaurants, et le parc d’attractions. La maison originale a été tendrement restaurée par le propriétaire actuel qui est disponible vous diriger aux meilleurs endroits pour apprécier vos vacances à Old Orchard Beach. Si vous voulez trouver la meilleure pizza après une excursion de famille au parc d’attractions, empruntez une balle pour utiliser au filet de volley sur la plage, ou obtenir des directions aux meilleurs lieux pour apprécier l’animation musicale et les cocktails avec une vue sur l’océan, c’est toujours à proximité. Votre loyer inclut la télévision (avec un lecteur de DVD) et l’internet WiFi à travers la maison. Veuillez amener votre téléphone portable, comme il n’y a pas de téléphone à la maison.

Il y a une voie privée pour trois voitures et il y a aussi du parking gratuit sur la rue. C’est une propriété non fumeur.

SUMMER 2013: Weekly Rentals Only - Saturday to Saturday
May 4 – May 25: $1,800 per week.
May 25 – September 7: $2,100 per week.
September 7 – October 12: $1000 per week.

Note: 7% Maine lodging tax due with initial deposit is not included in above rates.

May 4 – May 25: $900 per week.
May 25 – September 7: $950.00 per week.
September 7 – October 12: $900 per week.
