Palm Grove Paradise is a lovely raised 3 bedroom, two bath Island home in the community of Jamaica Beach, about 10 minutes from Galveston City.  It features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of vehicle and boat parking out front! Only a short walk or bike ride to several public beach access points, and a few blocks from the private boat launch reserved just for residents and renters of Jamaica Beach homes!  Super family oriented, safe quiet street, road backs right up to the Galveston Island State Park, you can go for a walk every morning in the park, on the beach, or to the bay!

Bedroom 1: Master suite has a Queen size bed with memory foam top.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed, twin on top, twin on bottom.

Bedroom 3: Twin bunk on top, full size mattress on bottom bunk.

Plenty of space for air mattresses on the floor, you bring them!

Maximum of 10 people

Maximum 3 vehicles, (including boat if applicable), no parking on the street or grass.

 TV, Dvd/Cd/VHS player, dining room table, well equipped kitchen with a
full size frig, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot.
Home also has central air and heat, and washer/dryer. No Pets and No Smoking.

A weekend stay consists of 1-3 nights, same flat price regardless of how many nights you want.

High Season June 10-Aug 31 flat weekend rate up to 3 nights $900 (extra nights add $300/night)

High season June 10-Aug 31 flat weekly rate 7 nights $1600 **BEST DEAL @$229/night!!**

Jamaica beach regulations require someone in rental party be at least 25

Jamaica Beach Bed Tax of 9% is included in the flat rate total.

$200 non-refundable booking fee, credited to total due.  Total due 30 days prior to rental date, cancellation up to two weeks before rental date, less $200 non-refundable booking fee.
