Little Bear Lodge has Great Views in Estes Park

This 4 level home has floor to ceiling windows to give you a great view of the Stanley Hotel, Twin Owls (mountains), and the twinkling lights of downtown Estes Park.  The house has been remodeled and the owners have added up-dated furnishings.  There are several very unique items within this house.  The first is an elevated fireplace with a counter and bar stools near the kitchen.  The second is a recessed sitting area with a fireplace on the lower level.  Both of these areas create a comfortable area for a couple or the whole family.  The bathrooms feature tiled floors and tub/showers. 

The home has a nice patio area with a table and bbq for outdoor cooking/socializing.  The weather in Estes Park can be hot in the summer and this home features air conditioning. 

Home has completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, several flat screen tv's with dish/cable, wireless internet, bbq grill, air conditioning, patio, deck, floor to ceiling windows, linens and towels are provided.

House is located near Fun City which has go-karts, climbing wall, putt putt golf, giant slide; also near downtown, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, free shuttle to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Rates do not include taxes or fees.  There is an additional 11.6% tax and fees in addition to the rental rate.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  We also accept personal checks if provided 30 days in advance.  If you pay by check, there is an additional $200 security deposit required which is refundable provided there is not any damage to the rental.

We require 50% at time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
