Vacation Rental Description

Neat as a pin, fully furnished home in the central city. This two 
bedroom, one bath bungalow has two queen beds, saltillo tile floors, 
a fireplace, library, screened Arizona room (porch) and walled back 
yard. For short/long term rental, minutes to the University of 
Arizona, Downtown, shopping, Rockies, White Sox, and Diamondback 
Spring training baseball. Also 4th Avenue arts district, many movie 
theatres, and a great park with a zoo and municipal golf course. 
Phone, basic cable and high speed internet hookup are included. 
Tenant is responsible for long distance phone charges.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This fully furnished home has all appliances including washer/dryer, 
cable TV,VCR,CD/tape stereo system, high speed Internet hookup,and 
a pretty good library.  The kitchen is fully equipped, including 
stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, cooking accessories, 
dishes and silverware. There is a cozy fireplace to enjoy on the 
cooler nights in winter. Two queen beds, with linens and towels. All 
you need is your toothbrush! There are no snow shovels and someone 
else mows the grass!

Activities and Attractions

Fun in the sun! world class golf, hiking, biking, professional and 
college sports, shopping, movies, professional stage shows and  
concerts. Outside of town you will find the Arizona-Sonora Desert 
Museum, Kitt Peak observatory, Saguaro National Park, outstanding 
winter bird watching and of course, relaxation! (pretty good bird 
watching on the back porch too!)

Vacation Rental Rates

Dec 2007-April 2008  $700 Wk $2000 Mo

For monthly rentals, 50% due in advance, with balance due upon 
arrival. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days of 
reservation, unless a replacement customer is obtained. $500 
additional refundable security deposit. Weekly rentals require non-
refundable payment in full. There is a $65 non-refundable cleaning 
fee.  Rates and terms subject to change. Please call or e-mail for 
currentrate information. Visa/Master Card through Pay Pal.
