Rental includes a club membership transfer package for a one-time charge of $260, which entitles you to full use of all club facilities. An individual pool and tennis court are conveniently located for the exclusive use of Terrace condo occupants. Long term rental is available. Bachground & credit check required for rentals of 6 months or longer.
