The deck has a private pool overlooking a lake, and all full enclosed to keep out

Florida’s famous creepy crawlies! The

electric pool heater is highly recommended

in the winter so that you can comfortably

use the pool and is available

at an extra charge of $140 per week.



On entering the villa there is a formal

dining room with table to the right, with a

lovely lounge straight ahead of you. The family room has comfortable matching

settees, and a television for relaxing and watching the weather channel

to find out how hot it is going to be tomorrow. There is also a DVD. The
family room leads into the fully fitted kitchen. Well equipped with everything
you will

need to prepare a snack or have a party.

The equipment includes an oven in an

electric cooker with 4 rings, microwave, and a teapot etc! A

door leads off to the laundry room where there

is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.



The master suite is a large bedroom with

bedside cabinets and dresser. From the ensuit bathroom a patio

door leads out to the pool area. Tub &shower, sink and bath. Two twin

bedrooms also with their own bathroom and another bedroom with ensuit next to garage. Kitchen and 2 living rooms

and this completes the accommodation in

the house.

The bedrooms are carpeted for luxury and the whole villa is air conditioned for

your comfort.

All linen and plenty of towels are supplied

for your use.

For the sun worshippers looking to top up

their tan at least some of the deck is

always in sunshine with comfortable

loungers and chairs. The pool and deck are screened.

Imagine returning from your favourite

theme park full of the day’s events and

boasting of going on the most death

defying rides. Relax with a cool beer or

glass of wine on the deck by the pool as the

sun goes down. Holidays are great!??

Cleaning fee is FREE of stays of 7 days or more.
Less than 7 days cleaning fee is $80.
