Purple Paradise is a newly built 4bed/2bath home. It's a beautiful home with a huge covered porch, covered parking for 4 vehicles, and a SPECTACULAR view of the ocean. 3 of the bedrooms have a full size bed as well as a set of twin bunks and a flat screen tv. The master has a queen bed, private bath and flat screen tv. We have a huge granite island that seats up to 12 people. The bathrooms have decorative tiled showers and large granite vanities. The kitchen has granite counters and slate backsplash. EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW!!! The living area has a table and chairs great for puzzles as well as a big flat screen tv. There is cable, wifi and a charcoal grill. We also have views of the bay. It's about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, fishing pier and swimming pool. WELCOME TO PARADISE!

The neighborhood has a gated swimming pool and deck furniture. There is also a gated fishing pier and boat launch as well as a fishing pier that is open to the public. I leave a key for the gated amenities.
