We scoped out the area for years, and listened to our countless clients who asked for more than a hotel room, but a condo with two bedrooms and two washrooms, and something really nice to relax in, with good technology and high end furnishings, in a very safe area but not isolated like most apartments requiring a car, without inner city pollution, with good views of green Costa Rica, but also within walking distance of restaurants & grocery stores, gyms, movie theaters, and entertainment & bars to be within walking distance. And they also asked for free pick up from their lodging for day excursions. Before even posting this listing, we already had almost solid bookings for the first two months.
