This Charming,one bedroom, one bedroom,private setting beautifully furnished cottage.Located (Heart of the downtown Santa Barbara) High ceiling, great living room, Full kitchen, Full bathroom. Free standing Cottage located back of the property, very quiet behind the front house. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the front patio or in the garden. There is an extra room that's detached and has a futon and could be used as a sitting room or bedroom.
Within a short walk to State street, shopping, restaurants and the movies, only a two-block walk to the fantastic Paseo Nuevo Mall. Also near the historic Courthouse,and the beach.
Hiking trails are plentiful and many have stunning ocean views. ENjoy the Santa Barbara Zoo, Natural History Museum, and Santa Barbara Pier. Walk to Pier and almost anywhere downtown.
