Family Friendly 2BR/2BA with Master on the Gulf in Panama City Beach

Thank you for taking the time to view our 'home away from home.'  We just completed a full renovation at the end of January and are excited to share it with our guests! The Summerhouse provides one of the most relaxing, family-friendly accommodations on Panama City Beach.  There is 24-hr security, quick elevators, and you always park close...even during peak season!

Our 4th floor unit sleeps up to 7 guests with a king bed in the master overlooking the gulf.  There's a queen and twin bed in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room - all equipped with brand new flat screen TV's and free wi-fi.  The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Our balcony overlooks 2 lagoon pools (1 heated in the winter), a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and a large beachfront gazebo.  Other amenities are listed below and all equipment is available at the front desk.

All units at The Summerhouse are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.  Guests must be 25 or older to reserve and all other guests must be at least 21 unless they are with a parent or legal guardian.  All guests are required to provide ID at check-in. The guest reserving the unit (25 or older) MUST be present at check-in and remain present on the property at all times with other guests.

For your peace of mind, we pay Beachside Resorts Realty to manage our property and they will be available to you 24/7 during your stay. We are committed to you as a guest and want to build a loyal client base so please inquire about our specials for return guests!

The Summerhouse is loaded with family-friendly amenities including 2 lagoon pools (1 heated in the winter), an outoor hot tub, and a kiddie pool.  There are picnic tables and 4 gas grills on site and we've provided the grilling utensils in the unit for you!  There are 2 shuffleboard courts, an open-air racquetball court, a tennis court, and a beach volleyball court.

The lobby has arcade games and 3 pool tables with chairs, couches, and a large flat screen TV. Beach service is available with chairs and umbrellas for rent and the beachside gazebo is a great place to catch the perfect sunset over the water. Banana boat rides, jet skis, and parasailing are also conveniently located on the beach in front of The Summerhouse.

The Summerhouse has got the best of both worlds...close to everything but located on the quietest and most relaxing stretch of PCB! 

Located halfway between Schooner's restaraunt and Club La Vela / Spinnakers on Thomas Drive, you'll be only minutes away from Capt. Anderson's, deep sea fishing, St. Andrew's Park, and Shell Island to your east and Ripley's Museum, Zoo World, Wonderworks, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World, and Super Wal-mart to your west!  Within walking distance is Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center with go kart tracks, putt putt, bumper boats, and more!  Finally, jump on the trolley and make your way to Pier Park, a 900,000+ square foot Florida shopping center and entertainment hub located in the heart of this beachside city!
