Accommodation: The 910 sq ft condo has central heating/air conditioning, telephones, a furnished balcony and wi-fi.  The master bedroom has a  king size bed, flat screen cable TV, telephone with ample wardrobe and drawer space.   The separate living area has a double sofa bed,  a 6-8 person dining area,  gas fire, flat screen cable TV, DVD player  and sound system.    There is a large fully equipped modern kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, lots of granite bench and cupboard space.   All flatware, crockery, glasses, utensils, table linen and portable appliances are supplied.   The  bathroom has two washbasins and a separate  toilet.     The second bedroom has a  king size bed, flat screen cable TV, ample wardrobe and drawer space and  its own fully equipped bathroom.  It has a kitchenette,  its own lounge area with TV and a double sofa bed.   Located just a few steps away on the same floor is a communal laundry with top-of-the range washing machines and dryers.

In-house resort amenities include: A roof top heated pool,  massage, spa treatments, steam room, restaurant, guests’ bar and lounge area, business centre with free computers and internet access,  billiards, Children's Club, game room, movie rentals, table tennis.

Carparking:  Due to renovations, guest’s own on-site parking is not available.  Off-site valet parking is available at $16/day.  Deal # 2 compensates for  this cost. 

Skiing and snowboarding at Heavenly, Lake Tahoe's biggest resort.  Buy a 3 mountain weekly pass and ski Heavenly,Kirwood and Northstar.  There are 5 Casinos at Stateline, Nevada just one mile straight along the lakeside.  Hit one or hit them all for great bars, top line live shows, a huge range of food (Oh, and some gaming).  All have plenty of parking.  Want to cook your own meals in the condo? There are several 24/7 major supermarkets nearby with all sorts of food and drinks. If the Casinos are not your scene, South Lake Tahoe has lots of restaurants and bars catering for most tastes and most budgets

The rate is all inclusive.  That means no extra taxes, no cleaning charges.  

There are now two deals on the table that reduce the weekly cost to $1125.   

How to pay?  1.  Email the owner if you want to rent.  Make sure you give a phone number including area code.  2. The owner will contact you directly by email or phone to confirm and arrange payment.  3. You pay the full rental amount ($1125) by direct deposit into the owner's US bank account.  4. When the owner sees your deposit, he'll telephone and email the resort to advise that you will be checking in to take up the owner's reservation.   He'll give your name and telephone number to the resort.    The owner will copy that email to you.  It is suggested that you print the email and bring it with you to check-in.     

All guests/owners are required to present a cvredit card on check-in to cover any additional costs that may be incurred EG Purchases, bar costs, room service and etc   Guests will be responsible for any damage they cause, fair wear and tear excluded.
